01
Valuation and handing over an item
Which items can I bring for valuation?+
We consider gold and silver, electronics, tools, vehicles, bicycles, antiques, console games, books, discs and other items with a clear resale value. Real estate can also secure a loan. If you are unsure, send photos through Facebook or Messenger.
What is the difference between pawning and selling?+
With a pawn loan, you receive money while the item remains safely stored with us for the agreement term. You get it back after repaying the loan and interest. A sale is final: the item transfers to the company and you receive the agreed amount.
Can I get an initial estimate remotely?+
Yes. Send clear photos, the model or brand, a description of condition and included accessories through Facebook, Messenger or email. We can provide an initial guide, but the final amount is confirmed only after an in-person inspection.
What affects the amount offered?+
We consider condition, completeness, age, brand, model and real demand on the resale market. Jewellery is also assessed by purity, weight, design and stones; antiques by authenticity, rarity and preservation.
How long does valuation take and when do I receive the money?+
Most everyday items can be valued during your visit. Once the amount is agreed and the contract is signed, payment is made in cash or to your bank account. Antiques, property and rare items may require additional checks.
Do you accept antiques and complete collections?+
Yes. You can offer antique clocks, coins, medals, porcelain, silver, paintings, figurines and other collectables. Start by sending overview photos and close-ups of signatures, marks or damage.
02
Agreements, redemption and storage
Which documents are required?+
A standard agreement requires valid identification and the client must be at least 18. Vehicle and property transactions also require documents confirming ownership and the asset details.
How long is a pawn loan agreement?+
The standard term is from 1 to 30 days. The exact date, amount, interest and extension procedure are always written in your agreement, whose terms take precedence.
Can I redeem my item before the agreement ends?+
Yes. You may repay the loan early and collect the collateral. Interest is calculated for the actual period according to the terms recorded in the agreement.
Can I repay part of the principal?+
Partial repayment may be agreed. You normally pay accrued interest and reduce the principal; the remaining amount and updated terms are then recorded in writing.
What if I cannot redeem the item on time?+
Contact us before the deadline rather than waiting until the last moment. The agreement can be extended after accrued interest is paid. Remote payment is available; always include the agreement number in the payment details.
Where is my collateral stored?+
The item remains in protected storage and is not offered for sale while the agreement is active and its terms are being followed.

Buying from the catalogue
Do you test electronics before sale?+
Yes. We check startup, key functions, cosmetic condition and completeness. The product page lists the known specifications and characteristics of that particular item.
What happens to pre-owned jewellery before sale?+
Gold jewellery is thoroughly cleaned and polished. The range includes Russian and Italian brands as well as individual pieces made by jewellers working in Estonia.
Can I inspect a product before buying?+
Yes. Visit us at Laagna tee 80 to inspect and test the item before paying. If you are interested in a particular catalogue listing, it is best to confirm availability before travelling.
What should I do if I discover a fault after purchase?+
Contact us as soon as possible and describe the issue. The process depends on the purchase method and nature of the fault; detailed rules are available in the online-store terms.
Can I place my own item for sale through your catalogue?+
We consider this individually. We assess condition, demand and the likely selling price, then explain the sales arrangement and record the agreed terms.
