Ades Laenud
These terms apply to users and buyers of the Ades Laenud OÜ online store, located at Laagna tee 80, 13816 Tallinn, registry code 12623574.
The store serves the Republic of Estonia. Sales outside Estonia are available by agreement and transport costs are agreed separately.
Prices and availability may change without notice. An order already placed uses the price shown when the order was submitted.
Ades Laenud may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, a system error shows an incorrect price or property, international delivery was not agreed, or the buyer's conduct breaches these terms.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller contacts the buyer and refunds any prepayment.
The cart can be changed before the order is confirmed. It cannot be changed after delivery details are entered and the order is confirmed.
Orders may be paid through a bank link. After payment, return to the merchant page to receive confirmation.
Orders are reviewed by the next business day. Goods are delivered to the address in the order and handed to the buyer or named recipient. Courier and postal services may be used.
Goods may be inspected before purchase. If a technical fault or a material difference from the description is found, the seller refunds the purchase amount. Post-purchase complaints are reviewed when submitted within 24 hours.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after delivery. Exceptions apply to made-to-order goods and opened audio, video, game or software packages.
New goods must be returned unopened in the original packaging. Used goods must be returned in the same condition and completeness as delivered. Campaign bundles must be returned in full.
A withdrawal request must be sent to info@adeslaenud.ee and include the item, order number and bank account for the refund.
The product price, less delivery costs, is refunded after the request and goods are received within the period required by law. The buyer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Buyer data is treated as confidential.
Reasonable wear in used goods is not a defect. The seller is not responsible for faults caused by misuse, maintenance or damage.
The store is not liable for force majeure or indirect loss. Compensation cannot exceed the amount paid for the item.
Estonian law, including the Law of Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act, applies to matters not covered here. Disputes are first addressed by written complaint and otherwise by a competent body or court.
